Eddy Corduroy Cap

Every angler knows the eddy: the calm stretch of the river, behind the rock, where the trout rests before the next run. This cap was born from that landscape, and carries in its embroidery the line that sums it all up: 'the best things come from taking a chance'.

The trout emblem and the RETRO arch are embroidered stitch by stitch, raised, nothing like a flat print. It is the detail that gives the cap its soul.

The construction mixes two materials: the front crown in washed cotton, with that uneven fade of a piece worn for years, and the brim and side panels in corduroy with vertical wales. It is the same fabric that dressed the nobility in the 18th century and became the uniform of people who work outdoors: the more you wear it, the more character it gains.

The corduroy wales up close: with wear, the ridges lighten at the tips and create your personal mark; two caps never age the same way.

A brim curved from the factory, six panels, a classic cut that sits without excess. The back is adjustable and covers 56 to 61 cm (22 to 24 in), so it fits most heads, men or women. It is the everyday cap: goes with a denim jacket, a plaid shirt or just a plain t-shirt.
