4) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leaving your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated.
5) Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.
6) Receiving time can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, Customs clearance procedures or other causes.
The products listed on our website are dispatched directly from our suppliers in various countries, including Brazil, China, Sweden, and Germany, to the address specified during the order completion process on our site. We function as an intermediary in this process. Should your order consist of two or more items, they may be shipped individually, meaning you will receive a distinct tracking code for each product.
After placing an order, please don't worry that we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
If you have payed an expedited shipping, please email us your expected receiving time, so we can dispatch the item in time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
To ensure the timely delivery of your order, it is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping address details. Wild Soul Store cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the shipping address entered during the order process. If the address does not comply with the local postal standards, rectifying the situation and recovering the package will be the customer's responsibility.
It is important to note that address modifications or order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours from the order placement, as we commence the packing and shipping process within this timeframe.
In instances where delivery fails due to 'recipient unknown', 'no response at delivery address', 'incorrect address', 'address change', or 'non-collection at the local postal facility', we will issue a partial refund. A logistics fee of $10 will be applied to cover the costs associated with the package's return. Should the customer request a reshipment, a fee of $10 will be charged.
