Corduroy Worker Blazer

Some pieces you wear, and some pieces wear you. The Corduroy Worker Blazer is the second kind. It takes the cut of a blazer (defined shoulder, notched collar, button front) and builds it from the raw material of people who actually work: heavyweight cotton corduroy, washed so it arrives already looking like it has a story.

This is Wild Soul's first step toward tailoring, and we made a point of not losing our way there. No stiff, lifeless suiting. The dense corduroy holds its shape without hard interfacing, the full inner lining keeps you warm without adding weight, and the patch pockets on the front come straight from old workmen's jackets. It is workwear that learned how to dress well.

In practice, it is a wild card: over a t-shirt on the weekend, or over a shirt at a winter dinner. Same blazer, two completely different moods.

The heritage starts at the label

Inside, the piece delivers the concept: a military-inspired label and the illustrated 'Made to Measure Suiting' tag, that old-tailoring touch you do not find just anywhere. It is the kind of detail you feel when you put it on.

100% cotton, a dense wale, with the soft hand and the drape that only heavyweight corduroy gives you. Pre-washed finish, so it arrives with some life in it and none of that too-new look.

Size guide

The sizes below were set by the real measurements of the garment, not by the label inside it. Use your chest circumference as the main reference. Because this is a blazer, which takes well to tailoring, and the sleeve runs on the shorter side, if you are between two sizes, go with the larger one. It is easier to take in what is extra than to create what is missing, and the size up keeps the sleeve where it should be and the fit relaxed. If you plan to wear it over a sweater or a hoodie, go up one size as well.

Garment measurements in cm and inches. Garment chest is the full circumference, measured flat with the blazer closed. Fits chest is the body chest range each size fits well, already including the room a blazer needs to go over a shirt.
