Mountain Adventure Camper Cap

The five panel cap was born as a camp piece, made to go crushed into a backpack and spring back into shape when you put it on. That is why it has no structure in the front and no long brim: the crown is low, the brim is short and the body folds without creasing.

This one carries a large embroidery on the front, with the word MOUNTAIN in a green serif outlined in gold, a mountain in navy, pink and light blue behind the letters, and Adventure in orange script below. It is embroidered directly on the panel, not a glued patch, and it is the reason the piece exists.

At the back, the adjustment is a wide strap with a metal clip, not the plastic snapback strip that loosens on its own. You set it once and it stays.

How it fits

Measure your head with a tape, a finger above the ears and across the widest point at the back. The rear strap opens and closes on the clip, so the cap fits from 22 to 22.8 in (56 to 58 cm) with comfortable room.

Care

Hand wash cold with mild soap. Do not wring and do not machine wash, because the crown loses its shape and the embroidery frays at the edges. Dry in the shade, resting upside down so the crown does not flatten.
